When I was informed that I had type 2 Diabetes I thought my world was about to collapse, it was one of those diseases someone else got.
25 years later and I am still going strong, yes I had to and you will also need make lifestyle changes such as less sugar and fats but mostly you need to eat more healthily (smaller portions etc) and the dreaded exercise.This doesn’t mean hours down the gym just keep moving and walking or swimming is a great exercise.....

You can still have the odd naughty treat as long as you watch what you eat for the next day or so but you are not restricted to a vegan diet unless you want to follow one.
As I said I have been diabetic for over 25 years and insulin dependant for 15 of those. I have a full life and little restriction and you can to. I can assure you that if your diabetes has been undiagnosed or treated for sometime when you do get the sugar levels under control you feel like you are super charged and have so much energy. ....
